Puppies have been changing lives and forming smiles forever, but recently, they have been improving lives across the globe. Commonly known as “a man’s best friend,” puppies never fail to live up to the title.
Around the world, puppies have been making splashes. Recent events have shown that puppies not only have a pretty face but also have beautiful souls and sharp minds. In Istanbul, one brave dog brought their newborn puppy to the house of a local veterinarian. It is unclear exactly how the dog knew what to do, but what is clear is that this was an action from the heart that saved the young puppy’s life.
Not only do dogs look out for each other, it is also proven that they care for their owners.
Locally, puppies are also representing and uplifting everyone. In the 2025 Puppy Bowl, three members of the teams were from Georgia. These dogs entered the event in hopes that they would find a forever home and most were successful.
In the Paideia community, one dog is often cited as “The Paw That Lifts Paideia.” Mike Emery’s puppy, Keller, a deaf dog, often accompanies him to work. Keller is constantly energetic and consistently brings a smile to the face of everyone who crosses her path. “Every day with Keller is exciting because you never know what you are going to get,” says Emery, emphasizing the joy that dogs can bring to life.
