Now that our beloved Sonia has begun her angelic ascent, The Forum will never be the same. As the only Editor-in-Chief who actually got her work done on time, Sonia’s presence has been nothing less than a blessing during her three years here.
For her final year, Sonia dedicated all of her time and efforts towards her passion for food. In almost every edition, Forum readers were graced with mouthwatering imagery, like “healthy glugs of olive oil” and “thinly sliced persian cucumbers.” Often one of the first in the classroom with
her laptop open and a snack on the table, Sonia was always ready to work, even if it wasn’t Forum related.
In one of her final acts, Sonia starred in The Forum short film “Forum Man,” in which she saved the paper by using the power of the Editor-in-Chief to reincarnate her fellow Forum friend. But that was just a typical day for our heroic Sonia. Without her presence, her poise, and her powers, The Forum may never recover.
